ISO 27001 is an internationally recognized standard that sets out the requirements for an organisation’s information security management system (ISMS).

The standard requires an organisation to establish, implement, and maintain a robust approach to managing information security and provides specific measures for the protection of important data, such as financial information, intellectual property, and personal data of employees, clients, and users.

Being ISO 27001 certified means we have been independently audited to have best-in-class ISMS security measures. This certification ensures our adherence to a comprehensive set of standards governing data security and confidentiality, legal compliance, and operational reliability.

‍Our ISO 27001 Certification Journey

Achieving ISO 27001 certification was a joint effort between all our Clevertouch teams.  Considerable effort, commitment, and involvement from each member of our team were required to take us through our journey.  

We appointed a strong consulting team to support us and were audited by an independent, third-party organisation, which took a deep dive into our ISMS, and we passed with flying colours!

The process of achieving ISO 27001 certification involved rigorous evaluation that scrutinized every facet of our ISMS, platform, and development methodology. The successful certification is a testament to the dedication and commitment of every team member who continuously strives to uphold the highest standards of data security, not only in our product development environment but also in other areas such as support, operations, and business functions.
