This Data Processing Agreement applies to (and is incorporated within) the end user licences agreement(s) (as applicable) and any and all other agreements governing a Customer’s use of the Clevertouch Services (“a variety of web services and digital signage management”) and applies automatically to all customers globally, regardless of which data protection laws apply to that processing.
