The Solution

Clevertouch worked with partners Marlin Communications to create a dynamic meeting room and office space, managed from a central point with CleverLive. RDG transitioned to a new office space with a redesigned layout focused on collaboration rather than traditional office designs.

With only four core meeting rooms and 86 desks, the new office aimed to optimise space utilisation while fostering a collaborative environment. Meeting rooms were designed and installed with Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) systems incorporating Clevertouch’s UX Pro interactive displays and Yealink’s video conferencing technology. Clevershare was incorporated for wireless casting from user devices to the Clevertouch display.

Clevertouch’s room booking panels, Live Rooms, were also used to integrate seamlessly into the MTR system. Digital Signage from Clevertouch was placed around the office, including a CM Totem in the main reception, and screens around the office to give both customer and colleague information, such as live rail information and employee engagement initiatives.

When not in use in meetings, the Clevertouch UX Pro screens display digital signage, branded for RDG, which can be updated in CleverLive and deployed instantly. QR codes were used on the CM Totem reception display for visitors to scan and log into the WiFi or register for further information.
